Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fiber Nnet, ZAZ, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Houton, Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in United States.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Termination
